I’ll be honest… skincare has never really been my strong point, I’m the sort of person who gets mildly anxious about having a haircut because I have to sit in front of a mirror for an hour scrutinising every single inch of my face! So booking a facial treatment was definitely stepping outside my comfort zone!

Rosie was absolutely lovely. She was so knowledgeable and informative, and it was obvious that she genuinely cares about helping her clients understand their skin rather than just providing a quick fix, she has some awesome gadgets to assess your skin oil and hydrating levels! The advice and products she gave me are something I can actually continue using long term, which makes the whole experience feel like an investment, as I never really know what to buy!
